The Department of Health & Wellness supports all health services at each individual campus in the district.  School nurses in Forney ISD work with all other departments to coordinate healthy communities for the whole student. All health service personnel identify and connect students, families and staff members to resources, from community partnerships to support our district families, and promote health and wellness within the school.

Do you have a vacation planned that requires vaccination? Do you need your booster? Does your student need school required immunizations?  Don't miss your chance. Forney ISD hosts vaccine clinics throughout the school year. Vaccine clinics are open to anyone and everyone. Along with Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, the district is now a Texas Vaccines for Children provider and can offer school required immunizations for all eligible students in need ages 4-18. All vaccines will be offered at the Forney ISD Administration Annex Building located at 701 S. Bois D’Arc Street. Clinics will be held from 7 am - 12pm on Wednesday Aug 17th, Wednesday Sept 14th and Wednesday Oct 26th.
