• FISD Account: How to Change Your Password

    Forney ISD maintains an online portal called MyFISD to allow district users to change and reset their passwords. My FISD is a centralized account management portal that connects the majority of FISD resources, and provides a single location to manage your password for all systems.

     

    For New Staff and Students

    Please reference the following documents 24 hours after intake/enrollment:

    To Change Your Current Password or Challenge Questions

    1. Visit MyFISD.forneyisd.net and login with your existing account information
    2. Select your name in the top right corner of the page to open a drop-down menu
      • Select Change Password or Update Challenge Responses
    3. Follow the instructions provided on the page to complete the process.

     

    To Reset Your Forgotten Password

    1. Visit the MyFISD Forgotten Password Portal
    2. Follow the guided process to set a new password by answering your pre-set security questions.

     

    If you are locked out of your FISD account and none of the above options provide a workable solution, then one of the following must occur:

    • Staff locked out of their account are required to speak to a member of the IT Support team in-person to have their identity verified and their password reset.

    Students will need to speak to their teacher to have them request a password reset.
