IT is currently investigating reports of print services not being available across the district. We will update this post as we learn more.

We identified an issue that was preventing new print jobs from being sent to any printer, and was also preventing jobs from being released from any FollowMe print queue.
We have taken immediate action to correct the issue and we're seeing services slowly restore across the district. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, but ask that anyone experiencing issues please restart their PC before submitting (or replying to) a Help Desk request.
Please be aware that all print jobs submitted a print queue before 10AM were deleted as part of this resolution, and will need to be resubmitted.
