Known Issue: Software Kiosk on Windows

Forney ISD IT is aware of an issue preventing the correct installation of applications from the software kiosk on Windows devices. This issue is not present on all devices and does not affect all applications in the kiosk. We're currently showing about 50% of devices have the issue. We have identified the issue and are working towards a permanent resolution.

In the meantime, if you attempt to install an application from the kiosk and it does not complete, please submit a Help Desk request for an IT Support staff member to manually install the application for you.

Vivi provides two options for accessing their application without a permanent install, which are included in our Vivi: How to get started document under guest access and are also included below.
